HISTORY OF KOTTU
Kottu was originate in Sri Lanka which severs with variety of curry and gravy mix like (Chicken, Beef, Mutton, Egg, Vegetable and etc..) This was upgraded to Cheese and some more called Dolphin with some small changes.
Some people act like without Kottu means no life to them. Even for Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner they eat Kottu.
All around Sri Lanka From Five (5) Star Hotel to Boutique restaurant shops you can find Kottu and it’s available with reasonable price. Even in India they to have Kottu but not like as far as Sri Lankan variety.
