 HISTORY OF BIRIYANI

 Biryani was originated in Iran and it was brought out to South Asian countries by Iranian travelers. It became popular over Arab world too and South Asian Communities in Western Countries too.

The spices and condiments used in biryani may include but are not limited. About sixteen spices are used to prepare. The aroma will go for 5 houses and more from your kitchen.

South Asian makes it more advance and side dishes such as Raita , Malay Pickle, Salad, Thovail, Masi Sambal, Kurma etc..   

For special occasions such as weddings, festival and functions it’s been served and for normal day to day some do sell it out in restaurants.
