FRUIT CAKE RECIPE

How about FRUIT CAKE for evening?

Let's get in to the kitchen!

Ingredients:

250g sugar and blend it well to powder

250g flour

250g salted butter

4 eggs

2 lid Vanilla Flavour

Baking powder 1 1/2 table spoon

Artificial fruits

Method:

Add sugar and butter beat till it mix well.

Add 4 eggs and beat for 5 minutes

Put 1 1/2 table spoon of baking powder to flour and mix well and strain it.

Repeat this method for 2 times.

And then add 3 table spoons of flour Mix it to one direction, do not swap the directions.

Repeat this method until you mix all the flour to the container.

Add vanilla essence and artificial fruits and mix it well.

Apply some butter on the bake tray and pour the mixture and split it equally.

Pre heat the oven for 5 minutes - 180°C both sides and then after five minutes bake the cake for 35 minutes.
