STRING HOPPERS BIRYANI RECIPE


How about String Hoppers Biryani to tantalize your taste buds?

✅Ingredients:

70-80 Sting hoppers
500g chicken 
4 Onions
1 carrot
2 tomatoes
2 carrots
100g green peas
4 table spoons of Coconut Milk
Tumeric Powder
Pepper
Chilli flakes
Soya Sauce
Tomato Sauce
Salt as per taste


✅Method:

Prepare rice flour string hoppers

Add 4 table spoons coconut milk and pinch of tumeric to a bowl and give it a good mix then pour the mixture to string hoppers and mix it well and leave it a side. 

Cook the chicken separately with salt, peeper and pinch of tumeric and load the mixture with fried gloden brown onions.

Now it's the final touch

Take a pan, add 4 table spoons of oil and add finely chopped onions, carrots, capsicum, tomatoes and when it starts cooking add boiled green peas.

Add chilli flakes, soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt as per taste and give it a good mix.

Once the mixture is well cooked add a layer of string hoppers and the next layer of the chicken mix then repeat it for 2 times and mix it all together. 

Now our dish is ready and it's time to serve. Don't forget to garnish with fried onions, cashews and prunes.
