Let's start cooking this simple Manioc with Pol Sambol Recipe
Method:
Peel the Manioc and cut it in to cubes and wash it well.
Add the cubes to a pan and let it boil until it gets cooked.
After Manioc is boiled strain the water and keep it a side.
Take a bowl add the grated coconut, pepper, chilli powder, chilli flakes, salt and squeeze the lime.
After a good mix, add finely chopped green chillies, onions and mix it again
Finally add the boiled Manioc cubes to the Pol Sambol and mix it well.
Now it's time to serve.
