Ingredients:
Paneer
Cornflour
Green bell pepper cut into cubes
Dry red chillies
Onions cut into cubes
Chilli powder
Chilli flakes
Pepper
Knorr seasoning mix
Soya sauce, Chilli sauce and Tomato ketchup
Salt as per taste
Oil
Sesame seeds
Method:
Take a bowl add 3 tablespoons of cornflour and add enough water until it turns out to a thick batter. Add 1 teaspoon of chilli powder and give it a good mix.
Cut the paneer in to cubes and add them to the thick batter and leave it for 3 minutes.
Take a pan and add oil. Once it got heated add the paneer and fry till it turns golden brown and leave it a side.
In another pan add few drops of oil and onions, bell pepper, dried chillies, chilli flakes, pepper, Knorr seasoning mix, soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and give it a good mix.
Add some water to the mixture and let it cook well.
In another small bowl add 1 tablespoon of cornflour and water, mix it well without any lumps and add the water to the sauce mixture we have done.
Once it turns out to be a thick layer then add the fried paneer and toss it.
Don't over cook so that the paneer will be soggy.
Add sesame seeds on top when serving.
