You can't say NO TO POL SAMBOL!
A Sri Lankan tradition best goes with roast bread, string hoppers and even with rice.
Method:
Take a bowl add the grated coconut, pepper, chilli powder, chilli flakes, salt and squeeze the lime.
After a good mix, add finely chopped green chillies, onions and Maldive fish, and mix it again
Now it's time to serve.
