SPANISH OMELETTE

Treat yourself to a quick healthy breakfast. 
It takes less than 10 minutes to make this Spanish Omelette


✅Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 table spoon milk powder
2 teaspoons of oats
Sliced potatoes
Onion and chillies
Chilli flakes
Pepper
Salt as per taste
Oil


✅Method:
Take a bowl, add milk powder and water, after it turns to milk consistency then add oats and mix it well.

Once oats got soaked in the milk, add eggs, finely chopped onion, chillies, pepper, chilli flakes and salt. Leave it a side.

Take a fry pan add few drops of oil and shallow fry the sliced potatoes, and keep it a side once it turns golden brown.

In the same pan add few more drops of oil and add half potion of the Omelette mixture, place the fried potatoes on top and pour the other half potion on top.

Close it a with a lid to cook both sides equally.

Now your morning breakfast is ready to serve.
