CHICKEN ROTI KOTTU RECIPE

 Kottu Lovers!! 

Here's a simple chicken kottu recipe for you to try at home.

Let's get started..


 Ingredients:

6 Leeks leaves
1 Carrot
1 Capsicum
1 Onion

2 table spoon soya sauce
4 table spoon tomato sauce
1 chilli paste
1 table spoon chilli flakes
1 table spoon pepper
1 egg

4 normal size parotta


Method:

Cut leeks leaves, carrot capsicum ,onions to medium size and keep it a side

Cut Parota roti and in to medium pieces

Take a pan add some oil and add and egg then add vegetables to it and fry for 30 seconds.

Add salt as per taste, 2 table spoon soya sauce, 4 table spoon tomato sauce, 1 tea spoon chilli paste, 1/2 tea spoon pepper and mix the vegetables well for 1 minute

Then add the parotta roti along with chicken gravy and give it a good mix well for 2 minutes

Optional: You can have fried chicken separately.

Ice cubes
Sugar as per taste


Method:
Peel and remove the seeds of papaya and cut it in to pieces

Place the papaya pieces in a blender with ice cubes and some water.

Blend until smooth.
